Our Philosophy

KimAt Moreish Kitchen we pride ourselves on delivering fresh modern dishes and outstanding service. We source local ingredients where possible and showcase Central Otago throughout our menus. Our new mobile kitchen allows us to cater even the most remote locations and we also work closely with a number of venues around Central Otago.

Kim, executive chef and managing director trained at the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Wellington. Kim has a great passion for food and takes great pride in delivering fresh, local and delicious food. Kim enjoys meeting clients and working closely with clients to tailor a menu which is unique to them.

Marty, director and front of house manager has many years of hospitality experience and our professional food and beverage staff are well trained and always immaculately presented. The whole team is friendly, discrete, approachable and hard working.
